Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?
Yes. Test rides are by appointment in central Birmingham, close to the motorway and train stations. A deposit is needed before you can test ride the bike.
How is my bike delivered?
UK bikes are hand delivered unboxed by our specialist bike courier, fully set up. International orders are professionally boxed and insured.
What does the warranty cover?
Every bike comes with a 3 month warranty covering mechanical faults not caused by normal wear and tear.
