1. Warranty Coverage:
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use during the 3-month period following the date of purchase.
- Warranty coverage includes repairs or replacement of defective parts.

2. Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance or modifications made to the bike.
- Wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads and cables are not covered under this warranty.
- Cosmetic damage or issues resulting from normal wear and tear are also excluded.

- Work carried out by a mechanic/bike shop without our consent will not be reimbursed.

3. Warranty Claims:

5. Return Shipping Costs:
- If the bike needs to be returned for warranty assessment, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired or replacement item.

6. Limitation of Liability:
- Broximo Ltd liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective bike or part and does not extend to any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
