Description
The Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 is a pinnacle of engineering for those who crave a smoother, faster ride on challenging terrains. This lightweight composite bike is perfect for gran fondos to intense solo ventures. One of its standout features is the SRAM Force eTap AXS groupset, known for its precise, wireless shifting, offering a wide range of gears for varied terrains. This groupset is a testament to modern cycling technology, ensuring seamless gear transitions and optimal performance. Complementing this is the full carbon Giant SLR wheelset, which is lightweight yet robust, offering a perfect balance between aerodynamics and stability. The bike also boasts a D-Fuse composite seatpost and Contact SLR D-Fuse composite handlebar that work in harmony to diminish road shocks and vibrations. The Advanced-grade composite frame is tailored for disc brakes, with flat-mount tabs, 12mm front and rear thru-axles, and clearance for tyres up to 35mm. Condition
The frame does have a few imperfections and scratches where the paint has come off. This has not compromised the carbon at all. Namely on the fork, a slight paint chip to the top tube as well as the seat stay. These were from transportation and the bike has not been crashed. There is also a slight crack to the plastic cladding on the chainrings which does not affect use at all.
